This Cookie Policy explains how Vertex CRM (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site and application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage used for UI preferences (for example sidebar expansion).
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
- Session / authentication cookie — keeps you signed in to Vertex CRM and associates requests with your user session.
- Security / CSRF-related cookies — help protect authenticated forms against cross-site request forgery where applicable.
These cookies are required for the Service to function. They are not used to advertise to you across the web.
3.2 Preference / functional
- UI preference keys (often in local storage) — e.g. whether the sidebar is expanded. These improve usability and are not used to sell personal data.
3.3 Analytics
If we enable first-party or privacy-respecting analytics on the marketing site, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent. Essential CRM session cookies do not depend on analytics consent.
4. Third-party cookies
If you use Meta Login / OAuth to connect advertising or messaging assets, Meta may set cookies under Meta domains during the authorization flow. Those cookies are governed by Meta’s policies. Vertex CRM does not control Meta’s cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and normal use of the CRM. Preference storage can usually be cleared without affecting your CRM data stored on the server.
