4. Business model
Vertex CRM is offered as SaaS (hosted) and, where contracted, as a managed deployment. Customers subscribe per organization/workspace. OctaVertex Media owns and operates the Vertex CRM application and the Meta developer app used for integrations; each customer remains the owner of their own Meta Business assets and CRM records.
