6. Multi-tenant model (important for Meta)
Vertex CRM is a multi-tenant SaaS. OctaVertex Media / Vertex CRM owns the Meta application used to connect customer assets. Each customer organization authorizes Vertex CRM to access that customer’s Meta Business assets (Pages, Ad Accounts, WhatsApp Business resources) under Meta’s permissions model. Customer CRM records remain under the customer’s organization tenancy.

See the full narrative at /product. Vertex CRM helps agencies and B2B teams manage accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, tasks, cases, inbox messaging, and marketing workflows. Optional Meta integrations allow customers to connect approved advertising, Lead Ads, and WhatsApp Business messaging so inbound leads and conversations can be managed inside the CRM after the customer grants access.
